    Victorian Christmas Luncheon – Friday, December 2, 11:30 am Join us as we kick off the holidays in style with our annual Christmas luncheon in the historic Stagecoach Barn. Guests will enjoy an elegant plated lunch, special live holiday entertainment, an exclusive look at the Banning Mansion decorated for Christmas and a viewing of our newest exhibit, “The March of the California Column: 900 Miles to Battle” in the Norris Visitor Center.     IN CELEBRATION OF THE WISTERIA REGALE returning to the Banning Mansion, join us in playing the classic detective game, CLUE, with a Banning twist. In addition to solving the “Mystery at the Banning Mansion” you will also enjoy an elegant dinner, hosted bar, live music and a silent auction. The annual Wisteria Regale Scholarships provided by Friends of Banning Museum and California Sulphur, Inc. will be presented to Banning High School’s finest students.     On Saturday, August 19, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friends of Banning Museum will celebrate the birthday of the “Father of the Los Angeles Harbor” Phineas Banning with a special evening of music and dancing.     Join us on Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as we kick off the holiday season in grand style at the Banning Museum’s Annual Victorian Christmas Celebration and Open House!     For over 30 years, each year during the first full weekend of December, we kick off the Holidays with Victorian Christmas. This year, over two days, thousands of visitors enjoyed a walk through of the decorated Mansion, trolley rides to the Drum Barracks, Santa Claus, children’s crafts in the Barn, a working blacksmith, food and craft vendors and more. The raffle for a $700 gift card to Disney was won by Craig Miller of Yorba Linda. Congrats Craig and thank you to all who participated in the raffle!
